Joanna Parsons is an award-winning professional communications leader based in Dublin, Ireland. She sits on the Board of Directors with the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) and in 2022 was awarded an IoIC Fellowship, a global lifetime achievement award as recognition of her contribution to the profession. Currently, she oversees internal communication as Director of Colleague Experience with Bentley Systems, and previously she was Head of Internal Communications with An Garda Síochána, for which she won four communications awards. She is also a Lecturer in Strategic Internal Communication with the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
